We are a family run business committed to providing self catering accommodation for those with kids and dogs from which to enjoy your holiday in Cornwall.
Our cottage conversions where completed in 2010, and we now proudly offer four beautiful modern holiday cottages. We have two 3-bedroom cottages, one 2-bedroom unit, and a single bedroom accommodation, offering options for any type of holiday accommodation for your visit to Cornwall.
The barns are located just on the outskirts of Newquay, in a beautiful countryside location.
Three of our cottages are pet-friendly.

Dogs
We are a dog friendly site, with a large shared lawned area adjacent to the courtyard, two large fields, woodland walks and ponds to walk your dogs.
We ask that you keep your dogs under control at all times, and ensure that you pick up after your dog to avoid fouling the countryside, and shared lawned area.
Please dispose of your dog mess in the household wate bins provided.
Fishing
As owners we do allow fishing in the ponds where we have various resident fish species including carp.
Our emphasis is on the wildlife so fishing by prior agreement only using barbless hooks.

Childrens play area
a large play area adjacent to the courtyard where kids can let off steam, run around on the large grassed area, play ball games, or just relax.
we have a picnic table adjacent to the play area, where mum and dad can keep an eye on the kids, whilst relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.
